Jan 12, 2004: "Audience of One"

This night Buttercup set up in a dimly lit back room, three acoustic guitars and a podium, and we met with members of the audience one at a time, or in small groups of two or three. We tried to provide a song for everyone, a unique and private performance. We picked the songs hoping to match the audience member with a song that would fit their mood. The usher, Massie, expertly controlled the ebb and flow, linking up beautiful strangers to sit together in our confessional closet. We sorely missed Jamie (on sick leave) and we were proud to have Mat Roy DJing in the wiggle room. Here's the set list, look for your song, look for your self:
